Delete a Yetimo account

You can delete your family account and all its data at any time.

From the app

1. Open Yetimo, then the “Advanced” area, top right of the home screen.
2. Open “Account”.
3. Tap “Delete the account”, then confirm.

By e-mail

If you no longer have the app, write from the account’s address to mathieu@minutemind.com with the subject “Delete my Yetimo account”. It is done within 30 days and you get a confirmation.

What is deleted

• the account (e-mail address, password);
• the profiles, lessons, cards, answers and history stored on the server;
• card pictures and shared lessons.

Lessons kept on a phone stay on that phone until the app is uninstalled. Technical records of past AI calls (date, model, cost) are kept with no link to the e-mail address. Server technical logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
