Yetimo — Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms apply to the Yetimo app (Android, iPhone, iPad and browser) and to the yetimo.fr and yetimo.app websites. By using Yetimo, you accept them. They are written for parents: a child uses Yetimo under an adult's responsibility.
1. Who publishes Yetimo
Mathieu Jehanno, publisher of Yetimo (MinuteMind)
Contact: mathieu@minutemind.com
2. A beta version
Yetimo is in beta: the app is still being tested and may change, stop or lose features. We do our best to keep it working and the data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. During the beta, Yetimo is free.
3. The AI can get things wrong
Cards, summaries and the judging of answers are produced by artificial intelligence (AI). It can make mistakes: a badly worded question, an incomplete answer, a right answer judged wrong or the other way round. Yetimo marks anything the AI is unsure of as "to check", and the child can flag a card. The school lesson remains the reference. Parents can keep, correct or delete any card in the "Advanced" area.
4. The family account
- An adult creates the family account and is responsible for it. They must be 18 or over.
- Keep your password and the parent PIN to yourself.
- You can delete the account at any time: see the "Delete an account" page.
- We may suspend an account that misuses the service (automated requests, abuse of AI credits, unlawful content).
5. AI credits
Each AI call uses credits. Credits are free: they have no cash value, cannot be refunded or exchanged, and the number given may change during the beta.
6. What you add
You keep your rights in the lessons you photograph or import. You only allow us to process them to run Yetimo (read the lesson, create cards, sync, share when you ask). Only add documents you are allowed to use for revision. A lesson shared by code can be opened by anyone who has the code: do not share personal information.
7. Personal data
What we do with data is explained in the privacy policy.
8. Liability
Yetimo is a revision aid. We are not responsible for school results or for the consequences of an AI mistake. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes and governing law
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too; important changes will be shown in the app. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
